Inspiring the 2019-20 season’s Bayern Munich jersey line is none other than the Bavarian side’s home stadium – the Allianz Arena. The Bayern Third jersey is no different. Running under the tagline “if you light up the night,” the jersey is meant to be reminiscent of the way the Allianz lights up on matchday evenings, glowing in an off-red hue against the night sky. Thus, the jersey comes to life with popping logos and accents against the dominant navy on the top’s back and front. Finally, a diamond pattern cascades down from left to right, drawing inspiration not only from the Allianz’s outside paneling, but also from the Bavarian flag’s diamond design.
